2025 Greenhouse Gas Inventory Plan and Implementation Report
- According to the "Sustainable Development Roadmap for Listed Companies" issued by the Financial Supervisory Commission in March 2022, our company falls under the category of companies with paid-in capital below NT$5 billion. The parent company (individual entity) applies to Phase 3 of the GHG inventory (i.e., inventory to be completed in 2026, verification in 2028). The company will continue to follow relevant guidelines and regulations to manage the timeline for GHG inventory and verification disclosure.
- We plan to complete the GHG inventory and verification schedule for the parent company and the group (including subsidiaries) by the end of Q1 and Q4 of 2025, respectively, and submit for board approval.
- Disclosure content: Direct GHG emissions (Scope 1) and energy indirect emissions (Scope 2).
- Applicable timeline: The parent company applies to Phase 3, completing inventory in 2026 and verification in 2028. Subsidiaries in the consolidated report should complete inventory in 2027 and verification in 2029.
- The GHG inventory and verification schedule planning and execution timeline are shown in the table below, with progress reported quarterly to the Board as required.

- Currently, the company discloses GHG emissions for Scope 1 and Scope 2 as required. Considering that our company operates in the medical consumables manufacturing industry, some business activities and supply chain or external activities may fall under Scope 3. To enhance carbon management completeness, we will carefully assess the scope and method of future Scope 3 disclosure and gradually build the relevant inventory and reporting capabilities.
