Labor-capital relations and harmony

Workforce Structure

Our recruitment policy is based on human rights and equality, with no discrimination based on gender, race, age, political affiliation, marital status, or family background, ensuring a more diverse workforce. In 2024, the total number of employees was 964, all of whom were full-time employees, with no temporary or part-time staff. As the company’s workforce is predominantly male, the proportion of male employees is relatively higher. We continue to promote workplace diversity, with the proportion of female employees and female managers steadily increasing in recent years.

Recruitment and Retention

Diverse talent is one of our most valued assets and the lifeblood of sustainable operations. Providing development opportunities for “high-potential talent” is our guiding principle for recruitment and talent development. During recruitment, employment, and development, we treat all individuals equally regardless of race, religion, skin color, nationality, age, gender, sexual orientation, marital status, political affiliation, or disability. Selection is based solely on ability, performance, and job suitability.

We have established a long-term talent development strategy, designing a reasonable organizational structure and allocating the most suitable talent at each level according to our business strategy. An annual manpower plan and budget are formulated each year. When units have staffing needs, they submit a manpower request to the Administration Department according to the plan. The Administration Department uses various recruitment channels to post job openings and carry out recruitment procedures. The recruitment process complies with the Labor Standards Act, treats candidates fairly and equally, and selects suitable talent based on performance and ability. In compliance with the Personal Data Protection Act, we protect applicants’ personal data and do not use it for purposes other than recruitment without their consent.
