⚫External Report Mailbox

The complainant must provide at least the following information:
1. The complainant's name and ID number (anonymous reports are permitted), as well as the address, telephone number, and email address where the complainant can be contacted.
2. The name of the person being reported, or other information sufficient to identify the person being reported. 3. Specific evidence available for investigation. The company's personnel handling reports must declare in writing that the identity of the whistleblower and the content of the report will remain confidential. The company also promises to protect the whistleblower from any inappropriate action resulting from the report.
